Our Story
Seihcra was built on a simple belief: that great food doesn't need to be complicated, but it does need to be honest. We started as a small team of cooks who cared deeply about ingredients — where they came from, how they were treated, and what they tasted like on the plate.
Over the years we've grown into a full-service catering company, but the ethos hasn't changed. Every menu we write is seasonal. Every spread we lay is generous. We source from British farms and independent producers wherever we can, and we cook everything from scratch on the day.
We work across London and the Home Counties, catering for weddings, milestone birthdays, corporate gatherings, and private dinners. Whatever the occasion, we bring the same commitment: food that tastes like it was made by someone who genuinely cares.

We source seasonally from British farms and independent suppliers. If it's not in season, it's not on the menu. No shortcuts, no compromise.
Everything is prepared fresh on the day of your event. No pre-made sauces, no reheated trays — just proper cooking, done properly.

How We Work
Drop us a message or fill in our enquiry form. We'll ask a few straightforward questions — numbers, date, location, any dietary needs — and come back to you quickly.
Based on your brief, we put together a tailored menu proposal. We'll suggest dishes that suit the occasion, the season, and your guests — and we're always happy to adapt.
Once you're happy with the menu and the details, we lock everything in. In the lead-up to your event, we handle all the logistics so you don't have to think about a thing.
Our team arrives, sets up, cooks, and serves. You enjoy your event. We clear up afterwards and leave the space as we found it. Simple as that.
